About the Role:
Nestlé Waters Jordan is looking for a driven and detail-oriented Industrial Performance Specialist to join our team in Ma’an. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing operational performance and ensuring efficient utilization of manufacturing assets. You will play a key role in driving Manufacturing Excellence while safeguarding people, products, and assets.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in industrial performance, process improvement, or manufacturing operations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, SQL, etc.).
Excellent communication and project management skills.
